I've had an incredible 35 hours.
I went to CB (Columbus Bar) Thursday evening after work met up with Zach. Some Roadhouse people were to meet me there, as well. Turns out, there were already some there. Lots of familiar faces came in and out of there that nite. Had too much drink. Sang some karaoke, including 'Bohemian Rhapsody' with Ashley. I don't recommend singing that song...ever. They soon called last call and it was off to Travis and Ashley's, where I would be the seventh wheel. because it was Travis, Ashely, Brandon, Tabie, Steve, and Amanda. Then me. Gotta love that. Talked to Zach en route to T&A's, told him I would come over at their house. Hung out for a bit, got a bit, no...a lot more messed up.
Headed over to Zach's, despite my impairment. He offered more damage. We stayed up until quarter after five. slept for about 57 minutes cause I then had to get up and get ready for King's Island with Tonya, Mike and Dolly!
I made it. not sure how, and I felt good even. A short nap in the car (well, I don't remember anything between Greensburg and the Kings Island parking lot) and I was good to go. The park was fairly dead. The most we had to wait in line was a half hour for our maiden voyage on The Italian Job. face off and Drop Zone were about as equally as long of waits. We rode an impressive 22 rides. That does include second trips on select coasters (The Beast, Vortex, and Drop Zone). We were there for 12 hours (11-11). Spent about an hour in the water park. That was truly awesome! We called this particular ride the toilet bowl, cause you ride this raft for four down this widing tube and it shoots you out into this massive funnel and you go nearly halfway up the side of it and then you slide down to other side and so forth until you reach the ending area. So much fun, but you don't realize how scared for my life I was. Because I still can't really swim. I honestly thought my heart would stop on several occasions. The other ride we went on there was this set of slides you went down on on a mat. the second time around on that one my mat folded under me towards the end and i wipedout. it was awesome! I can't wait to go back.
Honestly, that was the best king's island experience I've ever had. The place wasn't very busy at all and was with great company. Very memorable.
